ELECTRONIC DEVICES. AND CIRCUIT THEORY. ROBERT BOYLESTAD. LOUIS NASHELSKY. PRENTICE HALL. Upper Saddle River, New Jersey. Columbus. Solution manual electronic devices and circuit theory by Boylestad 10th edition. Electronic devices and circuit theory 11th edition solutions. Robert L. Boylestad, Louis Nashelsky-Electronic Devices and Circuit Theory (11th Edition)-Prentice Hall (). Electronic Devices And Circuit Theory 11th Ed., Robert L. Boylestad. SOL Teoría de Circuitos y Dispositivos Electrónicos 10 Ed de Boylestad.

The inspiration for this one-of-a-kind text grew from Bob Boylestad's desire to provide students with a comprehensive learning tool that hones in on the most important circuit analysis concepts in an exciting and fresh manner. Ancillaries written for this text include: Electronic Devices and Circuit Theory. Robert L. Boylestad , Louis Nashelsky.

An electronic copy would probably alleviate this. Kindle Edition Verified Purchase. Cannot view it on Kindle cloud reader or on PC. I can only read it from my phone. How stupid is that?

One person found this helpful. If you could only afford one electronics text, this is it! I've reviewed over 40 texts for our library acquisition clients, who can afford only 4 in many cases. Boylestad always makes the top three, and with this 11th edition, I can say with confidence that ALL the kinks have been worked out.

Most every other text starts out WAY too fast, and still has numerous, frustrating errors. But that's not the major plus.

Electronic Devices And Circuit Theory 11th Ed., Robert L. Boylestad

Boylestad is a master teacher and storyteller. The picture of that lonely copper electron sitting out in it's own shell with gangs of family members in the adjacent shell will never leave you!

His 12th edition of circuit analysis, for example, starts at the High School or tech level, yet still gives enough technical detail for use in Engineering courses Introductory Circuit Analysis 12th Edition. If you are at MIT working on your PhD in Electronics Engineering, you'll not find a lot of matrix calculus, linear algebra and dynamic systems analysis using differential equations, because Boylestad targets his teaching to both self study and technology courses, and assumes you're starting at the beginning.

However, if you ever want to teach, you should still study this, because his approach is a model for explaining difficult concepts with wonderful examples that you finally "get" at a gut level.

I guarantee as an Engineer myself , you'll grasp concepts more intuitively here even if you are very advanced. Perhaps the best and most unique feature are the two authors' ability to describe, step by step, what a circuit is doing and why. You learn early on that voltage is a type of information signal, and you can extend the detailed descriptions to many other circuits almost immediately, because you REALLY GET the basics.

They spend a lot of time on timers and op-amps, for example, as backbones of many IC strategies. Every page you go: Library Picks reviews only for the benefit of Amazon shoppers and has nothing to do with Amazon, the authors, manufacturers or publishers of the items we review.

We always buy the items we review for the sake of objectivity, and although we search for gems, are not shy about trashing an item if it's a waste of time or money for Amazon shoppers. If the reviewer identifies herself, her job or her field, it is only as a point of reference to help you gauge the background and any biases.

Used book was exactly as described; shipped promptly and packaged adequately. Editorially, the text was selected because I liked the author's Circuits text. Both are, to me, great beginner's textbooks and useful for self-study. They begin at the beginning, are thorough and even have a practical bent, examining some electrical or electronic product in every chapter. Will probably later work through Hayt, which I've read has a more mathematically rigorous level of presentation.

Paperback Verified Purchase. Nice and clean. Just started a Electronics course so I bought this book. I can say it is a great book. Very friendly and the topics are clearly explained. Definitely recommend the book. Purchased my textbook used, the description failed to mention it was a 3 piece hardback.

Each chapter begins with an Introduction, and concludes with a Summary and Computer Analysis. Semiconductor Diodes.

Ideal Diode. Semiconductor Materials. Energy Levels. Extrinsic Materials-n-type and p-type. Semiconductor Diode. Resistance Levels. Diode Equivalent Circuits. Diode Specification Sheets.

Transition and Diffusion Capacitance. Reverse Recovery Time. Semiconductor Diode Notation. Diode Testing. Zener Diodes. Diode Arrays-Integrated Circuits. Setting the standard for nearly 30 years, this highly accurate text is supported by strong pedagogy and content that is ideal for new students of this rapidly changing field. This text is an excellent reference work for anyone involved with electronic devices and other circuitry applications, such as electrical and technical engineers.

Using a systems approach , this edition represents an exhaustive effort to enhance the material that introduces the concept of system engineering. Practical applications in every chapter cover the latest in the industry. The computer coverage extends beyond what you'll find in competing texts. Companion website available at www.

Hallmark Features: For ac analysis, the text emphasizes the difference between the no-load and loaded gain, including examples of how each affects the gain and characteristics of a system. Entire sections remain to demonstrate the impact of the source and load resistance on the system response, although now the material is an integral part of the ac analysis chapter of the device under discussion.

This approach improves readability. Summaries and equation lists appear near the end of each chapter for review and study. There are more than practical applications at the end of each chapter, helping students learn how theory is applied in real-world settings. The latest versions of PSpice, Multisim, and Mathcad are covered in specific sections throughout the text, including descriptions of important differences in the application of each software package.
