As one might expect of such mathematically orientated authors, the sections are well organized, logical and comprehensive, and the scientific content is of high quality—not just recounting perceived wisdom, but encouraging discussion and debate among expert readers.

However, the language is very technical, with mathematical explanations and formulae, and assumes a level of prior knowledge of some concepts. I fear that most occupational health professionals would find it rather heavy going.
